At wHealth Advisors, our mission is to use personalized and comprehensive financial planning to empower you to live your richest life. To strengthen our ability to serve you, I’m thrilled to introduce our new Director of Client Care, Lisa Castillo!
As Director of Client Care, Lisa will oversee nearly every touchpoint of your experience with us. From organizing meetings to ensuring seamless follow-ups and assisting with day-to-day needs, she will be a key team member committed to making your journey with us exceptional.
Lisa brings a wealth of expertise to this role. She has worked extensively as the right hand to the CFO of a Jersey City technology firm and most recently, managed accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and HR at a large electrical company here in Monmouth County.
However, truth be told, all relevant experience aside, I have been thinking about Lisa for this role long before John and I ever launched wHealth Advisors.
Lisa is my sister-in-law, married to my wife Arabelle’s brother, Cristian.
I first met Lisa in 2008 while playing beach volleyball outside the dorms of Rutgers University. Not only was she a fierce competitor, but she was also a natural director – letting everyone know where they should be, what they should do, and how they will win.
In the lead-up to Arabelle and I getting married in 2016, she took nearly full control of our wedding planning while Arabelle and I treaded water trying to stay afloat – me buried in work and CFP exam prep, and Arabelle working around the clock in her dental residency. She provided us with timelines, action items, and accountability. In short: Lisa MADE our special day a reality.
Lisa’s proactiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care for other humans are just a few of the reasons we believe she’s a perfect fit for this role.
When she’s not working, Lisa most enjoys playing board games, fishing, and camping with her husband Cristian and two children, Damien and Dani.
